  - DISCOVERED BUG: Scene 03 shots 03 and 05 leak Thúy Kiều portrait instead of Thúy Vân.
- [x] Empirically challenge Shot Gate retake loop (score < 0.8 retakes with incremented version, terminates on >= 0.8 or max_retakes)
  - Verified with real synthetic video generation: _v1 -> _v2 -> _v3 created, critique notes appended, approved tail frame extracted, overrides honored.
