# DISPATCH — Challenger 1 (Milestone M3 Iteration 2 Gate Verification)

## Mission
Empirically challenge the Start Frame resolution across Ep01 (especially Scene 03 Thúy Vân shots 03 and 05) and the Shot Gate retake loop.

## Challenge Instructions
1. Live Probe Verification:
   - Run `python -m pytest tests/test_m3_challenger1_probe.py -v`.
   - Specifically verify that `test_empirical_defect_scene03_thuy_van_shots_leak_thuy_kieu` is un-xfailed and passes 100% cleanly.
   - Verify that `ep01_scene03_shot03` and `ep01_scene03_shot05` resolve strictly to `04_Assets/characters/01_Main_Protagonists/thuy_van_maiden_16yo_720p.png`.
2. Cross-Character Safeguard Probe:
   - Check all 140 shots across Scenes 01 to 10 using `production_orchestrator.get_all_shots()`.
   - Verify zero face leakage (no Thúy Kiều portrait returned for Kim Trọng, Thúy Vân, Vương Quan, Vương Ông, or attendant).
3. Shot Gate Retake Loop Verification:
   - Run `python -m pytest tests/test_production_pipeline_m3.py -v`.
   - Verify that retake loop triggers on mock score < 0.8 and terminates on score >= 0.8 or max_retakes.
