- **Key findings**:
  1. Scene 10 Inversion: Wholesale range replace by Worker 1 indiscriminately stamped `kim_trong_18yo_720p.png` onto shots 03, 06, 11, 12 in `muse_prompts.json`. Shots 11 & 12 are Thúy Kiều's Pipa lute solo under the moon.
  2. Scene 06 Leakage: `muse_prompts.json` has `character_asset_ref = None` for all Scene 06 shots; `gemini_banana_prompts.json` has scrambled anchors (shot 04 has `vuong_quan`, shots 06, 10, 12 have `thuy_kieu_maiden`), causing Kim Trọng shots to resolve to Thúy Kiều and Vương Quan.
  3. Scene 05 Leakage: Shots 13, 16, 24 have `character_asset_ref = None` in `muse_prompts.json`, and `gemini_banana_prompts.json` anchored shots 16 & 24 to `thuy_kieu_maiden`, causing Vương Quan solo dialogue/reaction shots to resolve to Thúy Kiều.
  4. Orchestrator Safeguard Gap: `resolve_start_frame` has unilateral Kim Trọng protection, but no reciprocal check for Thúy Kiều against Kim Trọng, nor for Vương Quan/Vương Ông against Thúy Kiều.
  5. Test Gate Defect: `test_critic_gate.py` passed empty `{}` dictionaries to `resolve_start_frame`, bypassing `character_asset_ref` checks and masking corrupted prompts.

- Specify exact shot-by-shot `character_asset_ref` and `character_anchor` tables for Scene 10 (14 shots), Scene 06 (14 shots), and Scene 05 (shots 13, 16, 24).
- Design multi-character bilateral safeguards in Step A, Step C, and Step D of `resolve_start_frame()`, plus fallback heuristic in `get_character_anchor()`.
- Eliminate all `{}` mock bypasses in `test_critic_gate.py` and implement comprehensive live data tests.
