  1. Thúy Vân safeguard omission confirmed: `is_thuy_van` was omitted from Step C (L409-415) and Step D (L419-432), and `"thúy vân"` was missing from `get_character_anchor()` heuristic fallbacks.
  2. Compound anchor safeguard neutralization confirmed: `and "thuy_kieu" not in curr_anchor` disabled `is_kim_trong` on joint anchor `"kim_trong + thuy_kieu_maiden"` (e.g. `ep01_scene10_shot07`). Solved by giving solo `scene_title` / `motion_prompt` clarity precedence.
  3. Attendant substring shadowing confirmed: `tieu_dong_kim_trong` contains `"kim_trong"`, which matched line 238 before line 283. Solved by evaluating attendants before Kim Trọng and adding exclusion guards.
  4. Full baseline test suite verified: 149 tests pass across all suites.
