SPECIFIC REMEDIATION OBJECTIVES:
1. Thúy Vân Safeguards in Step C and Step D of production_orchestrator.py:
   - In resolve_start_frame:
     * In Step C (L409-415): add (is_thuy_van and "thuy_kieu" in ref_name) to violation check.
     * In Step D (L419-432): add elif is_thuy_van and "thuy_kieu" in res_lower to override with thuy_van_maiden_16yo_720p.png.
2. Compound Anchor Safeguard Precedence:
   - In lines 344-348: refine is_kim_trong and is_thuy_kieu so that when scene_title or motion_prompt explicitly names Kim Trọng alone (or Thúy Kiều alone), the safeguard is not disabled by a joint anchor like "kim_trong + thuy_kieu_maiden".
3. Attendant Substring Shadowing (from Challenger 2 report):
   - In resolve_character_portrait_from_anchor: place "tieu_dong_kim_trong" check before "kim_trong" so tieu_dong is not shadowed by kim_trong.
4. Test Hardening in tests/test_critic_gate.py:
   - Add adv_tv testing Thúy Vân with Thúy Kiều ref in both character_asset_ref and reference_start_frame.
   - Add adv_kt testing compound anchor shot ep01_scene10_shot07.
