  2. UI currently displays only rendered shots from disk (71/189 exist; 140/188 pending shots are invisible in UI).
  3. No Shot Detail Modal exists in UI; Sweet-Spot 720p Gemini Banana prompts are not served by API nor displayed in UI.
  4. Audio Guard is raw text in Tab 5 without isolated callout; Lip-Sync Closed Lips guards are not parsed or badged.
  5. Versioning `_v<N>` is generated by pipeline scripts but not parsed in `server.py` or badged in UI video player/cards.
  6. PROJECT.md line 49 (M3) should be updated to DONE and line 50 (M4) to IN_PROGRESS.
