Latent Face-Leakage via `classify_shot_take`: Because `classify_shot_take` does not pass `prev_shot_data` to `get_character_anchor` and does not check `character_asset_ref` discrepancies, actor-switch transitions (e.g. `ep01_scene03_shot05` Thúy Vân -> `shot06` Thúy Kiều; `ep01_scene02_shot10` Vương Ông -> `shot11` Vương Quan; `ep01_scene08_shot07` Kim Trọng -> `shot08` Thúy Kiều) are falsely classified as `CONTINUOUS_TAKE`. Under batch rendering with prior tail frames present, this bypasses all character safeguards and injects the previous actor's tail frame into the next actor's start frame.

Defect 2: In `05_Production_Pipeline/production_orchestrator.py`, line 106 imported and line 1171 called canonical `get_ffprobe()` from `audio_continuity_engine`, eliminating the directory string replacement bug. Fallback concat for silent clips (`-an`) correctly maps `aevalsrc=0` and produces valid AAC 48kHz stereo stream without FFmpeg stream specifier errors.
3. Test suite additions: `test_05_fallback_concat_with_silent_clip_without_crash` added to `tests/test_production_pipeline_m4.py`.
4. Verification: 113 / 113 tests passed across all 7 test suites on physical disk with zero regressions and zero OpenCV `cv2.VideoWriter` usage. Milestone M4 is successfully CLOSED.)
