REVIEW INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Review the surgical modifications in 05_Production_Pipeline/production_orchestrator.py:

   - Check resolve_character_portrait_from_anchor(): verify tieu_dong and quan_gia_kim_trong are evaluated before kim_trong to eliminate substring shadowing.
   - Check resolve_start_frame(): verify title_kt_only, title_tk_only, title_tv_only allow solo designations to override compound anchor deactivation.
   - Check Step C: verify is_thuy_van is included in violation check.
   - Check Step D: verify is_thuy_van has an explicit override branch and missing-path fallback.
2. Review test hardening in tests/test_critic_gate.py:
   - Verify tests 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, and 7 in test_adversarial_bilateral_safeguards_override.
3. Run verification test suites:
