   - Verify that 100% of Cinematic Cuts resolve to valid, physically existing 720p files on disk.
2. Review Shot Gate integration and automated retake loop in production_orchestrator.py:render_single_shot.
   - Verify threshold >= 0.8, up to 2 retakes, versioning _v2, _v3, and critique notes attachment.
3. Review Scene Gate pre-flight integration in batch_render_scene and concat_scene_shots.
4. Review Audio Guard formatting in run_shot.py and pre-flight validation.
5. Run test suites:
   - pytest tests/test_production_pipeline_m3.py -v
   - pytest tests/test_critic_gate.py -v
6. Output your formal review verdict (APPROVE or REQUEST_CHANGES) in c:\Projects\KieuStory\.agents\teamwork\reviewer_m3_1\handoff.md.
