## Mission
Verify the architecture, invariants, and pipeline components in Milestone M3 Iteration 2 (`run_shot.py`, `antigravity_critic_gate.py`, and hygiene/character invariants).

## Review Items
1. MUSE_DRY_RUN Dynamic Synthetic Video in `run_shot.py`:
   - Inspect `cmd_synth` in `run_shot.py`: verifies `testsrc=duration=10:size=1280x720:rate=24` replacing flat solid navy blue color bar.
   - Verifies inter-frame delta satisfies `max_diff >= 0.8` and passes critic gate freeze check.
2. Async Coroutine Handling in `antigravity_critic_gate.py`:
   - Inspect `_run_coroutine_safely` and verify `agent.chat(inputs)` is properly awaited without emitting `RuntimeWarning`.
3. Invariant Checks:
   - Run `python -m pytest tests/test_m2_hygiene.py -v` (verify 6/6 PASS).
   - Check `04_Assets/characters/`: verify all 62 files (including 14 core portraits) remain completely untouched and intact.
   - Run `python -m pytest tests/test_critic_gate.py -v` (verify 30/30 PASS).
   - Run `pytest tests/test_tier1_features.py -k "not test_render" -v` (verify 65/65 PASS).

Write `c:\Projects\KieuStory\.agents\teamwork\reviewer_m3_iter2_2\handoff.md` with explicit verdict (APPROVE or REQUEST_CHANGES).
