## Current Status
- Milestone M4 review completed.
- Core M4 implementation verified: `assemble_episode_master` (10 scenes, 140 shots = 23m20s), `resolve_scene_master` prioritization, CLI flags, `assemble_ep01_feature.py`.
- Automated test suites verified: `test_production_pipeline_m4.py` (15/15 PASS), `test_critic_gate.py` (30/30 PASS), `test_adversarial_m3_audio_engine.py` (6/6 PASS), `test_production_pipeline_m3.py` (16/16 PASS), `test_tier5_pipeline_hardening.py` (20/20 PASS).
- Invariant verification: `04_Assets/archive/ep01_legacy_v1/` intact (184 files, README.md). 14 core character portraits intact.
- Invariant finding: `tests/test_m2_hygiene.py` failed (5/6 PASS, 1 FAIL) on `assert total_char_files == 62` due to 34+ concurrent untracked turnaround sheets in `04_Assets/characters/`.
- Verdict: REQUEST_CHANGES (Core M4: APPROVED, Invariant Gate: REQUEST_CHANGES).
- Writing `handoff.md` and sending notification to orchestrator.
