Review objectives:
1. Examine `05_Production_Pipeline/assemble_ep01_feature.py`:
   - Verify all 15 scenes (C01 to C15) are included in the feature assembly parts list.

   - Verify dynamic resolution of scene master files from both `06_Exports/` and `04_Assets/videos/`.
   - Verify `if __name__ == "__main__":` guard and CLI flags (`--check`, `--dry-run`, `--output`, `--version`).
2. Examine `05_Production_Pipeline/audio_continuity_engine.py`:
   - Verify silence handling in `normalize_loudness()` with `anull` bypass preventing AAC encoder `nan` crashes.
3. Examine `PROJECT.md`:
   - Verify Milestone 4 is marked `DONE` and Milestone 5 is marked `IN_PROGRESS`.
4. Run verification:
   - Run `pytest tests/test_tier5_pipeline_hardening.py` and confirm 20/20 tests pass.
5. Provide an explicit review verdict: APPROVE or REQUEST_CHANGES in handoff.md following the 5-component protocol, and send a message back.
