# Progress Log - Worker M1 Critic Gate

## Completed Tasks:
1. Purged premature video `04_Assets/videos/ep01_scene01_shot01_10s_v1.mp4`.
2. Verified `tests/test_m2_hygiene.py` (6/6 passing).
3. Implemented `05_Production_Pipeline/antigravity_critic_gate.py`:
   - Pydantic v2 schemas: `ShotEvaluation`, `SceneEvaluation`, `VideoCriticVerdict`.
   - Gate evaluators: `evaluate_shot_gate`, `evaluate_scene_gate`.
   - Multi-tier engine support: Google Antigravity SDK (`Agent`), Google GenAI SDK (`gemini-2.5-flash`), Offline Heuristics (OpenCV/FFprobe).
   - Audio Guard compliance checking, freeze detection, black frame detection, junction smoothness, color continuity.
4. Refactored `05_Production_Pipeline/production_orchestrator.py`:
   - Implemented `get_banana_prompt_data()`, `get_character_anchor()`, `classify_shot_take()`.
   - `resolve_start_frame()` and `resolve_start_frame_v2()` classify shots into `CINEMATIC_CUT` (never returns `prev_tail`) vs `CONTINUOUS_TAKE` (loads `prev_tail`).
   - Added character portrait fallback and Kim Trọng character invariant safeguard (never returns Thúy Kiều image for Kim Trọng shots).
5. Corrected 11 misassigned asset references in `episodes/ep01/prompts/muse_prompts.json` and synchronized to `02_AI_Prompts/muse_ai_video_prompts.json` via `episode_manager.py --sync-to-master`.
6. Created authoritative test suite `tests/test_critic_gate.py` with 23 comprehensive tests.
7. Verified all tests pass:
   - `pytest tests/test_critic_gate.py -v`: 23/23 PASSED.
   - `pytest tests/test_m2_hygiene.py -v`: 6/6 PASSED.
   - `pytest tests/test_tier1_features.py -k "not test_render" -v`: 65/65 PASSED.
