TASKS TO EXECUTE:
1. Apply Patches 1.1 to 1.5 in 05_Production_Pipeline/production_orchestrator.py per remediation_safeguards_final.md:
   - Patch 1.1: Add Thúy Vân heuristic fallback in get_character_anchor() (Lines 181-195).
   - Patch 1.2: Order of precedence in resolve_character_portrait_from_anchor() (Lines 236-287), placing tieu_dong before kim_trong.
   - Patch 1.3: Character flags & precedence in resolve_start_frame() (Lines 344-348), enabling solo character titles/prompts to override compound anchor deactivation.
   - Patch 1.4: Step C violation guard (Lines 409-415), adding is_thuy_van check.
   - Patch 1.5: Step D override & fallback (Lines 419-433), adding is_thuy_van override and missing-path fallback.
2. Apply Patch 2.1 in tests/test_critic_gate.py per remediation_safeguards_final.md:
   - Add adversarial Thúy Vân tests (adv_tv_asset, adv_tv_ref), compound anchor tests (adv_kt_compound_asset, adv_kt_compound_ref), and attendant test (res_td).
3. Execute Test Suites & Invariant Checks:
