3. Verify resolve_start_frame_v2 in 05_Production_Pipeline/production_orchestrator.py:
   - Is the character anchor comparison genuine logic?
   - Is the Kim Trọng safeguard genuine?
4. Verify M2 hygiene test suite tests/test_m2_hygiene.py passes 6/6 cleanly on physical disk.
5. Deliver your BINARY VERDICT in c:\Projects\KieuStory\.agents\teamwork\auditor_m1_1\handoff.md:
