   - Test evaluate_shot_gate on frozen video: MUST dock >= 0.35, capping score <= 0.65, approved=False, action='RETAKE_SHOT'.
   - Test evaluate_shot_gate on Thúy Kiều video evaluated as Vương Ông / Vương Quan: MUST detect character cross-contamination, char_match=False, score <= 0.50, approved=False, action='RETAKE_SHOT'.
2. Run test suites:
   - python -m pytest tests/test_critic_gate.py -v
   - python -m pytest tests/test_adversarial_critic_gate_m1.py -v (if exists)
3. Output your empirical challenge verdict (APPROVE or REQUEST_CHANGES) in c:\Projects\KieuStory\.agents\teamwork\challenger_m1_iter2_1\handoff.md.
