- Adversarially discovered 3 empirical implementation gaps:
  1. `GAP-CREATIVE-01`: Thúy Vân age & twin status inconsistency (4 lines in TAP_01, INDEX C03, and Muse shot 03_02 retain '15 tuổi' / '15t' with 0 mentions of 'song sinh', violating the director directive update and character bible).
  2. `GAP-CREATIVE-02`: 27 broken `character_asset_ref` paths in `muse_ai_video_prompts.json` due to filename drift (e.g., `vuong_ong_patriarch_55yo`, `vuong_ba_matriarch_50yo`, `vuong_quan_young_14yo`, `imperial_guards_brutal_officials`).
  3. `GAP-CREATIVE-03`: `production_orchestrator.py` `resolve_start_frame` fallback failure returning `None` on unrendered shots when asset references are broken.
