Your objective:
1. Deeply inspect `05_Production_Pipeline/audio_continuity_engine.py` regarding:
   - 4-Stem audio architecture (Stem 1: BGM, Stem 2: Ambience, Stem 3: Foley, Stem 4: Dialogue).
   - EBU R128 -14 LUFS two-pass linear loudness normalization (True Peak -1.0 dBTP, LRA 9-11 LU).
2. Check all tests in `tests/`: `test_f9_*` (continuous festival ambience) and `test_f10_*` (two-pass EBU R128 normalization).
3. Check ffmpeg loudnorm filter commands and verify whether two-pass measurement and normalization is properly structured.
4. Formulate recommendations and exact code edits for the Worker.
5. Write analysis.md and handoff.md following the 5-component protocol, and send a completion message back.
