# Master Project Plan — Thập Ngũ Niên EP01 Restructuring & Universal Standards

## Objective
Execute end-to-end restructuring and production from Intro to end of Episode 1 (EP01) expanded to 25-30 minutes, establishing universal technical & acting standards across the project per R1-R7 and Acceptance Criteria.

## Phased Plan

### Phase 0: Survey & Scope Mapping
- Dispatch 3 Explorers / Spec Miners in parallel:
  - Explorer 1 (Narrative & Screenplay Spec Miner): Examine `01_Scripts_And_Episodes/`, `FilmMaker/TAP_01*`, `00_Project_Bible/` to analyze current EP01 structure, length, scene breakdown, and the Đạm Tiên grave sequence adherence to Nguyễn Du's 3-beat emotional arc.
  - Explorer 2 (Visual, Acting & Keyframes Spec Miner): Examine `02_AI_Prompts/`, `04_Assets/characters/`, `04_Assets/keyframes/`, `03_Storyboards/`, checking Gemini Banana -> Muse.ai Sweet-spot protocol, Anti-Male-Tears directives, lip-sync/off-screen guards, and motion physics.
  - Explorer 3 (Pipeline, Audio & Web Studio Explorer): Examine `05_Production_Pipeline/`, `04_Assets/audio_sfx/`, Web Review Studio codebase/service (port 1515), concat scripts, EBU R128 -14 LUFS compliance, and remote review sync.
- Synthesize findings into `PROJECT.md` (Architecture, Feature Inventory, Milestones, Code Layout) and `TEST_INFRA.md`.

### Phase 1: Milestone Decomposition & Track Setup
- Decompose scope into clear milestones:
  - M1: Screenplay & Pacing Expansion (EP01 25-30m 3-act structure + Đạm Tiên 3-beat emotional arc).
  - M2: Universal Directives & Prompts Standardization (Anti-Male-Tears, Lip-sync guard, Sweet-spot Start Frame generation prompts).
  - M3: Visual Keyframe & Start Frame Production Pipeline (Gemini Banana integration, Muse.ai motion prompts, zero reverse physics).
  - M4: 4-Stem Audio Master & Concat Pipeline (Seamless festival ambience, -14 LUFS, FFmpeg audio-preserving concat).
  - M5: Web Review Studio (port 1515) synchronization & automated production runner.
- Dual Track:
  - Implementation Track: Sequential or parallel milestones.
  - E2E Testing Track: Requirements-based opaque-box test suite (Tiers 1-4).

### Phase 2: Iteration Loops (Worker -> Reviewer -> Challenger -> Auditor)
- For each milestone:
  - Explorer analysis -> Worker implementation -> 2 Reviewers -> 2 Challengers -> 1 Forensic Auditor -> Gate check.
  - Strict AND gate criteria.

### Phase 3: Final Integration & Acceptance Testing
- Phase 1 of Final Milestone: Pass 100% of E2E tests (Tiers 1-4).
- Phase 2 of Final Milestone: Adversarial coverage hardening (Tier 5).
- Web Studio verification on port 1515.

### Phase 4: Final Reporting & Handoff
- Generate final report and notify Sentinel via `send_message`.
