- Inspected implementation in antigravity_critic_gate.py, test_critic_gate.py, production_orchestrator.py
- Executed pytest suites: test_critic_gate.py (23 passed), test_m2_hygiene.py (6 passed), test_tier1_features.py (65 passed)
- Performed adversarial stress-testing and identified 3 Critical findings (including INTEGRITY VIOLATION) and 2 Major findings
