   - All 6 tests in tests/test_m2_hygiene.py pass cleanly.
4. Output your formal review verdict (APPROVE or REQUEST_CHANGES) in c:\Projects\KieuStory\.agents\teamwork\reviewer_m2_iter2_1\handoff.md.
