## Current State
- All objectives complete:
  1. `TEST_INFRA.md` created at project root.
  2. Automated opaque-box test suite under `tests/` implemented (155 test cases across Tiers 1-4 for F1-F13).
  3. Master runner script `tests/run_all_tests.py` implemented and verified.
  4. Test suite executed via both `run_all_tests.py` and `pytest tests/`: 128 passed, 27 failed (all 27 mapped to M1/M2/M4 gaps), 0 errors.
  5. `TEST_READY.md` published at project root.
  6. Memory entry added to Mem0 with project="KieuStory".
  7. Handoff report being written.
