## Audit Mandate

### Phase 1 — Timeline & Artifact Audit
Verify genuine implementation of all requirements in ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md:
1. **R1 (2-Tier Quality Gate & Cut Classifier)**:
   - `05_Production_Pipeline/antigravity_critic_gate.py`: Pydantic v2 `VideoCriticVerdict`, Shot Gate (>= 0.8), Scene Gate (>= 0.8), multi-engine fallback.
   - `05_Production_Pipeline/production_orchestrator.py`: `resolve_start_frame_v2` distinguishing `Cinematic Cut` vs `Continuous Take`, bilateral safeguards (Kim Trọng, Thúy Vân, Thúy Kiều), zero face leakage across 140 contiguous shot pairs.
2. **R2 (Archival & Workspace Hygiene)**:
   - 184 legacy Ep01 videos safely preserved in `04_Assets/archive/ep01_legacy_v1/`.
   - Legal IP `README.md` (author Nguyễn Sĩ Sơn, public domain original, derivative IP evidence).
   - All keyframe directories purged.
   - Character portraits invariant: exactly 62 files in `04_Assets/characters/` (14 core portraits pristine).
   - Turnaround model sheets relocated to `04_Assets/turnaround_sheets/`.
3. **R3 (10-Scene Production Pipeline, Concat & Mastering)**:
   - Start Frame resolution verified across all 140 shots of Scenes 01 to 10 (23m20s).
   - Canonical Audio Guard in all prompts (`02_AI_Prompts/` and `episodes/ep01/prompts/`).
   - Concat in `production_orchestrator.py`: Mode A boundary smoothing micro-fade default (0.000s duration loss), canonical `get_ffprobe()`, fallback concat with silent clip handling, zero OpenCV concat (`cv2.VideoWriter` completely absent).
   - EBU R128 audio mastering: Two-pass linear loudnorm (-14.0 ± 0.5 LUFS, TP <= -1.0 dBTP).
   - Episode master assembly: `assemble_episode_master("ep01")` and `assemble_ep01_feature.py` targeting all 10 canonical scenes into `06_Exports/ep01_full_feature_master_v1.mp4`.

### Phase 2 — Cheating & Facade Detection
- Verify there are no hardcoded mock bypasses, fake test fixtures, suppressed assertions, or dummy stubs in production files.
- Verify real execution of external tools (FFmpeg, FFprobe) and genuine code logic.

### Phase 3 — Independent Test Execution
Execute the entire test suite suite-by-suite independently and verify 100% unmocked passes:

- **VICTORY CONFIRMED** or **VICTORY REJECTED**
