- [x] Applied Patches 1.1 to 1.5 in `05_Production_Pipeline/production_orchestrator.py`:
  - Patch 1.1: Added Thúy Vân heuristic fallback in `get_character_anchor()`.
  - Patch 1.2: Order of precedence in `resolve_character_portrait_from_anchor()`, placing `tieu_dong` before `kim_trong`.
  - Patch 1.3: Character flags & precedence in `resolve_start_frame()`, enabling solo character titles/prompts to override compound anchor deactivation.
  - Patch 1.4: Step C violation guard, added `is_thuy_van` check.
  - Patch 1.5: Step D override & fallback, added `is_thuy_van` override and missing-path fallback.
- [x] Applied Patch 2.1 in `tests/test_critic_gate.py`:
  - Added adversarial Thúy Vân tests (`adv_tv_asset`, `adv_tv_ref`), compound anchor tests (`adv_kt_compound_asset`, `adv_kt_compound_ref`), and attendant test (`res_td`).
- [x] Executed direct python assertion checks (Thúy Vân leak guard, Compound Anchor precedence, Attendant substring resolution) -> 100% PASS.
- [x] Executed full test suites:
  - `python -m pytest tests/test_critic_gate.py -v`: 30 passed
  - `python -m pytest tests/test_m1_challenger2_probe.py -v`: 41 passed
  - `python -m pytest tests/test_adversarial_deep_probe.py -v`: 13 passed
  - `pytest tests/test_tier1_features.py -k "not test_render" -v`: 65 passed
  - `python -m pytest tests/test_m2_hygiene.py -v`: 6 passed
  - Consolidated run: 90 passed + 65 tier-1 passed = 155 passed, 0 failed.
