## Key Decisions Made
- Forcefully terminated rogue processes PID 41044 and 65208 running `production_orchestrator.py --batch-scene ep01_scene01`.
- Purged all premature `ep01_*.mp4` (7 files) from `04_Assets/videos/` and all lingering `ep01_*` directories (8 directories) from `04_Assets/keyframes/`.
- Hardened `05_Production_Pipeline/run_shot.py` so `shot_kf_dir.mkdir()` is called strictly inside `if ret and tail_frame is not None:`.
- Hardened `05_Production_Pipeline/muse_invpw_driver.py` so `keyframe_dir.mkdir()` is called strictly when valid frames exist, and cleans up empty directory if FFmpeg extraction fails.
- Re-tested with full pytest and standalone suites; all 6 hygiene tests passed (100%), 65 tier1 tests passed (0 regressions).
