## Task Summary
- **What to build**: Fix 5 defect areas identified by Challenger 1 & 2:
  1. Scene 03 Thúy Vân Face Leakage in prompts & production_orchestrator.py resolve_start_frame, unmark xfail in probe.
  2. Audio Guard on 4 Prologue Prompts in episodes/ep01/prompts/muse_prompts.json & sync-to-master.
  3. MUSE_DRY_RUN dynamic video pattern in run_shot.py so freeze detection doesn't fail dry run.
  4. Scene Gate Concat Hole in production_orchestrator.py (abort concat if not scene_verdict.approved).
  5. Async Coroutine Warning in antigravity_critic_gate.py (await/run agent.chat(inputs) properly).

## Key Decisions Made
- Used `testsrc=duration=10:size=1280x720:rate=24` in `run_shot.py` for dynamic video synthesis, generating mean inter-frame diffs of ~12.5 (> 0.8), passing freeze detection with score 1.0.
- Implemented `_run_coroutine_safely` in `antigravity_critic_gate.py` to handle `agent.chat` async invocation in both sync and async event loop environments without unawaited coroutine warnings.
- Decoupled room header from shot action in `production_orchestrator.py` (`resolve_start_frame` and `get_character_anchor`) so dual-character room headers like "KHUÊ PHÒNG THÚY KIỀU & THÚY VÂN" do not suppress Thúy Vân focus.
- Strictly enforced `not scene_verdict.approved` in `concat_scene_shots` so no unapproved scenes can be concatenated regardless of suggested action.
