## Key Decisions Made
- Relocated exactly 55 untracked files (54 turnaround sheets + 1 cropped view artifact) from 04_Assets/characters/ to 04_Assets/turnaround_sheets/, preserving all subfolder structures.
- Updated tools/update_banana_turnaround_prompts.py (lines 426-427) and tools/manage_turnaround_sheets.py (lines 17-18) to target 04_Assets/turnaround_sheets/.
- Synchronized 02_AI_Prompts/gemini_banana_prompts.json so all 80 turnaround asset paths point to 04_Assets/turnaround_sheets/.
- Fixed production_orchestrator.py fallback concat to import and use canonical get_ffprobe() from audio_continuity_engine, preventing string replacement mutation of Gyan Winget directory paths.
- Added test_05_fallback_concat_with_silent_clip_without_crash to tests/test_production_pipeline_m4.py.
