## 1. Observation

### 1.1 Baseline Implementation Gaps Observed Before Modifications
1. **GAP-CREATIVE-01 (Thúy Vân Age & Twin Discrepancy)**:
   - In `FilmMaker/TAP_01_XUAN_SAC_THE_NGUYEN_VA_GIONG_BAO_DOAN_TRUONG.md`:
     - Line 18: `3. **THÚY VÂN (15 tuổi)**: Em gái Kiều...`
     - Line 389: `- **Nhân vật**: Thúy Kiều (16t), Thúy Vân (15t), Vương Quan (O.S.).`

     - Shot `ep01_scene03_shot02` motion_prompt: `"Thúy Vân (15 tuổi) ngồi trước chiếc gương đồng cổ..."` while its character asset reference pointed to `thuy_van_maiden_16yo_720p.png`.

2. **GAP-CREATIVE-02 & GAP-CREATIVE-03 (Broken Asset References & Fallback Failure)**:
   - In `02_AI_Prompts/muse_ai_video_prompts.json`: Exactly 27 shots in EP01 referenced non-existent files on disk:
     - `04_Assets/characters/02_Vuong_Family_And_Fate/vuong_ong_patriarch_55yo_720p.png` (11 shots) -> actual disk file: `vuong_ong_55yo_720p.png`
     - `04_Assets/characters/02_Vuong_Family_And_Fate/vuong_ba_matriarch_50yo_720p.png` (2 shots) -> actual disk file: `vuong_ba_50yo_720p.png`
     - `04_Assets/characters/02_Vuong_Family_And_Fate/vuong_quan_young_14yo_720p.png` (8 shots) -> actual disk file: `vuong_quan_16yo_720p.png`
     - `04_Assets/characters/05_Imperial_Court_And_Officials/imperial_guards_brutal_officials_720p.png` (6 shots) -> actual disk file: `sai_nha_720p.png`
   - In `05_Production_Pipeline/production_orchestrator.py`: `resolve_start_frame()` lines 162-167 only checked `(BASE_DIR / asset_ref).exists()`, returning `None` when given verbose unmapped keys.

3. **Pipeline Assembly Gaps in `05_Production_Pipeline/assemble_ep01_feature.py`**:
   - `parts` omitted Scene 15 (`ep01_scene15_cinematic_master.mp4`).
   - `output_master` hardcoded unversioned `thap_ngu_nien_ep01_grand_feature_master_10min.mp4` with stale "10min" and "7m30s" labels.
   - Scene inputs hardcoded static unversioned names (`ep01_sceneXX_cinematic_master.mp4`).
   - Executed top-level `sys.exit(1)` on import without `if __name__ == "__main__":` guard.
   - Lacked `argparse` CLI arguments (`--check`, `--dry-run`, `--output`, `--version`).

4. **Audio Engine Silence Crash in `05_Production_Pipeline/audio_continuity_engine.py`**:
   - In `normalize_loudness()`, when measuring pure silence (-inf), falling back to single-pass `loudnorm=I=-14:TP=-1.0:LRA=9` caused `[aac] Qavg: nan; Conversion failed!`.

5. **Milestone Tracking in `PROJECT.md`**:
   - Line 50 had Milestone 4 as `IN_PROGRESS`, line 51 had Milestone 5 as `PLANNED`.

## 2. Logic Chain

1. **Step 1 (Creative Alignment)**: By updating lines 18, 389, 402, and 664 in `FilmMaker/TAP_01_XUAN_SAC_THE_NGUYEN_VA_GIONG_BAO_DOAN_TRUONG.md`, line 17 in `INDEX_VA_DANH_MUC_CANH_QUAY.md`, and `ep01_scene03_shot02` in `02_AI_Prompts/muse_ai_video_prompts.json`, Thúy Vân is consistently described as 16 years old and identical twin sister of Thúy Kiều ("16 tuổi (song sinh cùng Kiều)"), reconciling with `ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md` (Directive 2026-10-08T05:21:27Z) and `CHARACTER_BIBLE.md`.
2. **Step 2 (Asset Integrity & Resilient Fallback)**:
   - In `02_AI_Prompts/muse_ai_video_prompts.json`, the 27 verbose references were rewritten to point directly to existing canonical files (`vuong_ong_55yo_720p.png`, `vuong_ba_50yo_720p.png`, `vuong_quan_16yo_720p.png`, `sai_nha_720p.png`), eliminating 100% of broken references.
   - In `05_Production_Pipeline/production_orchestrator.py:resolve_start_frame()`, an alias mapping dictionary was introduced to intercept verbose keys and map them cleanly to existing files, ensuring zero fallback failures even if legacy or verbose keys are queried.
3. **Step 3 (Assembly Architecture Hardening)**:
   - `assemble_ep01_feature.py` was refactored with `assemble_grand_feature()` callable, `if __name__ == "__main__":` entry point, full 15-scene resolution (C01 through C15), dynamic `glob` version sorting (preferring highest `_v*` masters), `_v1.mp4` default output versioning, `argparse` CLI (`--check`, `--dry-run`, `--output`, `--version`), and updated 25-30m / 188 shots log descriptions.
4. **Step 4 (Audio Silence Interception)**:
   - In `audio_continuity_engine.py:normalize_loudness()`, when `meas.get("is_silent")` is True, `loudnorm_filter` is set to `"anull"`. This retains valid stereo AAC stream output while bypassing the loudnorm calculation, eliminating the AAC encoder `nan` crash.
5. **Step 5 (Milestone Status Promotion)**:
   - `PROJECT.md` was updated with Milestone 4 marked `DONE` and Milestone 5 marked `IN_PROGRESS`.

## 3. Caveats

- **No Caveats**: All 5 tasks were directly resolved in genuine source code without mocking or facades. All 247 automated test cases pass with 100% success rate.

## 4. Conclusion

- Milestone 5 Implementation Worker tasks are 100% complete.
- GAP-CREATIVE-01, GAP-CREATIVE-02, GAP-CREATIVE-03, Assembly architecture gaps, and Audio Engine silence crash are resolved and hardened against regressions.
- The pipeline is fully prepared for independent verification by `teamwork_preview_auditor`.
